PROJECT PROFILE
PBS provided engineering, surveying, and natural resource services for a 53-acre outdoor site with fields, playgrounds, trails, and a community building.

PBS provided comprehensive civil and traffic engineering, environmental analysis, and construction staking for a new sports complex and roadway widening project. The development’s parking lot incorporated above-ground stormwater facilities as well as frontage improvements along the project.

Initial work included extensive community involvement to identify key features to be included in the project. During design, the City identified plans to host a college wood bat league team, and plans were revised extensively to accommodate seating, concessions, and a variety of seating options to the baseball stadium.
