Ryan White selected as GBA Emerging Leader

PBS senior geotechnical engineer, Ryan White, was recently selected as one of 13 Emerging Leaders within the Geoprofessional Business Association (GBA). Celebrating over 50 years of service, GBA is an organization that includes over 200 member firms comprised of more than 100,000 employees. As a member of the 4th class, Ryan participated in events at GBA’s fall conference held in Louisville, Kentucky.

As one of GBA’s emerging leaders, Ryan, in conjunction with his class, will complete a research project over the next 18 months and will present it at the Spring conference in 2020. Current GBA committee chairs, officers, and board members participated as part of previous classes of emerging leaders. Ryan’s selection as an Emerging Leader and participation in GBA will help bring awareness to the critical role of geo-sciences both within PBS and throughout the geotechnical engineering community.
